Delivery estimates: |

| The UPS map estimates the delivery times for ground shipping. All orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Weekends or holidays will not be ship until the following business day. UPS Next day air or 2nd day air shipments will be shipped on the same day provided orders receive before 12 P.M. CST. |
We ship to APO/FPO addresses. APO / FPO orders will be shipped via USPS Parcel post or Priority mail regardless of which shipping method you choose. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery to APO/FPO address. |
| Return Policy: |
You may return most merchandise within 14 days of the invoice date. Certain items that cannot be returned for any reason will be stated at the product page. Unopen and unused merchandise returned will subject to 15% restocking fee. Merchandise must be return complete in original packaging complete with all instuction manuals, parts and accessories that come with the packaging. Return merchandise with missing item will be considered open or used. Open or used merchadise returned are subject to restocking fee at our discretion. The restocking fee will be determined depending on the condition of the merchandise. If you wish to return any merchandise, Please contact us at service@airsoftsurplus.com with an explanation for the return, RMA# will be issued. Return package without RMA# on label will be denied. Any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. |
